Centralizing Operations for a Multi-Service Agency As a companion project to the Freelance Job Matching App, I led the UX/UI design for a web-based administrative dashboard used by the company's internal staff. While the mobile app empowered the freelancers, this web platform was designed for the dispatchers and administrators managing them. The primary objective was to create a centralized control center to effortlessly create jobs, intelligently route them to qualified freelancers across diverse service categories (healthcare, cleaning, logistics), and monitor daily operations in real time.

The Problem

Managing a multi-disciplinary freelance workforce using legacy tools and manual spreadsheets had become a massive bottleneck for the internal staff. Dispatchers were overwhelmed by the complexity of matching highly specific job requirements (e.g., verifying nursing credentials) with available freelancers. Furthermore, administrators lacked a centralized, real-time view of daily operations, making it difficult to verify completed jobs, handle quality assurance, and process accurate payouts efficiently.

The Solution

I designed a robust, data-rich web dashboard tailored specifically for enterprise efficiency. The platform replaces fragmented spreadsheets with an automated, smart-matching dispatch system, a real-time scheduling calendar, and an intuitive verification pipeline. The UI was strategically crafted to reduce visual clutter, surfacing only the most critical information to help staff make fast, informed decisions.
