Project Overview

Digitizing the Construction Customer Journey For this project, I designed a comprehensive mobile application for a building construction company. The objective was to transform their traditional, manual service model into a modern digital experience. By giving users the ability to browse services, request quotes, and book appointments all in one place, the app was designed to streamline the customer journey and drive business conversions.

The Problem

Before this app, the client's customers faced a fragmented process. Understanding service offerings and obtaining accurate pricing required lengthy phone calls, back-and-forth emails, and manual paperwork. This friction often led to user drop-off, delayed project starts, and an overloaded customer service team.

The Solution

I designed an intuitive, user-friendly mobile app interface that centralizes the entire pre-construction process. The UI was crafted to build trust and professionalism while reducing the cognitive load on the user, guiding the customer seamlessly from initial discovery to final commitment.
